LGBT
Youth Mentoring Network
Network
Mission: The HEY Peer Mentoring
Network is a peer intervention program model designed
to build peer relationships that increase LGBTQ youth's
sense of empowerment and self-esteem and to reduce
risk taking behavior. The Peer Mentoring Network relies
on the training of youth to encourage, train and support
other youth (their peers) in making positive choices
along their road of sexual development and responsibility.
