Are you:

  • Between the ages of 13-24?
  • Passionate about raising awareness about HIV/AIDS and sexual health?
  • Eager to make a difference in your community?

If so, we are looking for you to join our Youth Advocacy Committee (YAC)!

About YAC

The Youth Advocacy Committee (YAC) is dedicated to promoting positive youth development and amplifying youth voices. We aim to increase awareness of HIV/AIDS and sexual health. With accurate information and consistent support, we believe that youth and young adults are empowered to take charge and drive change in HIV prevention and sexual health.

YAC functions as both a peer education program and a resource for community organizations focused on enhancing the health and well-being of youth and young adults. By joining YAC, you’ll be part of discussions that impact you and your peers.

Interested?

If you’d like to learn more or participate, please email thespot@wustl.edu. Include “YAC” in the subject line of your email.

We encourage participation from youth of all genders, races, sexual orientations, ability levels, communities and experiences with HIV.
